Telkom Integrated SIM

Can someone please assist with a Telkom integrated SIM on our account that hasn't worked since day 1. It is activated but it cannot connect to the Internet. I have been to the Telkom store twice now and have made many calls to 10210 but no one seems to be able to resolve the issue. Can someone please assist in setting it up on a Xiaomi Redmi 4A, please?
