Telkom Integrated Data service

I had some queries about Telkom's Integrated Data service & simcard, so I called 10210. The consultant did not know what I was talking about and directed me to 081 180, where the consultant did not know what I was talking about and directed me to 10210.<br> Perhaps Telkom's IDS is not bona fide, but if it is, one assumes the efficient processes of customer queries would be in place, and mutual frustrations suffered by both clients and staff would be avoided.<br>
