Telkom insurence takes forever to respond to customers query

I have made a claim 2 weeks back on the 10th of March for an IPhone 13 and haven't received any response back besides being promised by Machaela that shell respond back to me within 24 hour. I am a constant payer, whose been with telkom for 3 years and am sad to announce that they full of empty promises.
