Telkom insurence

I have claimed a lost cell phone on the 26th April 2021 and still waiting if I will be getting my claim honored or declined. I have had the back and forth with the admin plus consultant and at first there was not respond, I tried asking Telkom call center agents if there was a way to get hold of someone who can help and they gave me the adminplus email and telephone number and calling that number is useless as first it uses your money for nothing because you hold for more than 30 min and it drops you and this is on both numbers. I tried email the agent I was dealing with and no respond. I was advised to send an email to fspcompliance and I got an from admin plus saying "be advised that your claim is the final stages of verification" and I am still waiting. Why is Telkom selling a product they will never assist you with because we buy this insurance at the in store and yet when there are issues they can't help in anyway just refers your to a number and email.

This is why so many of my friends have opted to pay penalties and just cancel Telkom accounts. No response and respect for clients. A feeling of we will make money no matter what. Interestingly on media Telkom complains when they have to retrench employees saying there is no money but they treat their customers like this.

We have received an email confirming that the device will be replaced and today we got one that confirms the device replacement sent to us with a courier service. One thing that Telkom needs to know if treat your clients with respect and deal with matters quickly and with respect and all will work out. To Telkom Insurance not responding and hoping people will wait for 2 months when car insurance takes only a 3 to 5 day is insane. You need to get your act right. I hope it works out for other people though it comes with stress, a lot of fighting and so many back and forths.
