Telkom insurances

Since reported my phone on August 2024 for damage, even today as 03 December I didn't receive my phone, no communication from their company, you will call them and send the email to them but their response are very expensive. After all the chaotic tym no good news until today, my frustration, confusion and stagnation . I can't imagine going festive season without my phone. I'm very disappointed
