Telkom Insurance the worse insurer ever

Telkom Insurance has the 'worse' service ever. If you are not on holding for 30 minutes, its the administrators who say different thing. How is it possible for someone to wait a whole month for them to get that claimed attended too. I'm a very disappointed Customer. I would never recommend anybody to be insured by Telkom, disaster.
