Telkom insurance taking 50 days and I still don't have my phone back

Took my phone in for repairs and I was told it will take about 21 days for me to get it back. It has now been 50 days, was told 3 times that I can go fetch it at the Northgate branch and all 3 times when I got there they claimed that it isn't there.

I was told that they will take it up with the manager and keep me up to date - still not a word from them.

Sounds like they lost my phone and don't have the ***** to admit it. I am paying for the contract and they don't give a **** that I can't use what I am paying for.
