Telkom Insurance SUCKS!!!!!

I've purchased a phone from Telkom on contract and had it insured with them as well. In December my phone was ****** and I lodged a claim with Finrite via Telkom, it's been 2 months now and the matter has still not been resolved.

Telkom has chosen the worst insurance company to partner with in terms of resolving claims. I am going to take the matter further.
