Telkom insurance STINKS!!!

I called into the Telkom insurance contact centre in October 2019 to cancel the service. I was promised it will not be deducted as of December due to a notice period which I understood. But since December they are still deducting!! and when I call in they just apologize and say the same ****. I'm actually ****ed. I've been trying to call, but the calls get cut before I even get to speak to an agent. I sent an email with no response. and to top it all of I went to the Telkom store who said they cannot assist me!
