Telkom insurance services

I logged a claim on the 20th of March at Telkom maponya mall, I was told to submit all my documents to Telkom admin, approximately 1 month 5 days later that's when I get an sms that my claim has been logged. I have never missed any payment but the service I got has been unpleasant, unprofessional and unacceptable, I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone... Worst service ever!
