Telkom Insurance Service is Unbelievable

<p>I have handed in my iPhone 7 for repairs with telkom Insurance as I have taken a free me deal imcluding insurance with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst mistake of my life.</p> <p>Firstly they could not contact me by any means to notify me of the access amount to be paid for my phone to be handed to repairs, reason being they do not have my email address/ or my cellphone number, yet they bill me every month and send Tax Invoice by email. </p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks after i handed in my phone I had to call finrite administrators Telkom Insurance to find out they don't have my email , after I have provided the email address still no email, 5 hours later I had to call again and follow up why is the email still not sent, after shouting from frustration I finally received the email. Instructions on email was that I should sent proof of payment once payment is done. I made the payment and send proof of payment, there was no any form of acknowledgement from them . Few hours later I call to confirm if email was received , only then they hand in my phone for repairs and I received confirmation that the phone is handed over to repairs and I will receive an sms was repairs are done</p> <p> </p> <p>Today , 11 days later I call finrite Telkom Insurance to follow up on progress, I am told repairs centre need my apple account to start the work!
