Telkom insurance ****

I have dropped my phone cracked my camera i take it in to Telkom because I have insurance the guy sed im gona pay like R500 access fee i sed ok he sends my phone in to Finrite they sent me a message my access fee is R1200 i sed sent it back im not gona pay that amount of money its been over 2 months now still did not get my phone back and i have like 3 numbers bit cant get hold off them at Finrite ao please be careful with this insurance company Finrite
