Telkom Insurance run around

I submitted a claim to Telkom insurances 2 weeks ago and they say there is a backlog at telkom and maybe another week as they have not begun to process the claim cause they waiting on a usage report. I need to have a phone what is the point of all this , it was escalated last week and now again its been escalated. It seems to me no-one cares.
