Telkom insurance run around

On the 14th of December I took out two tablet contracts for my daughters, the deal was too good to pass by. On the 29th of december I contacted telkom about insurance and was told that I'd be contacted later, since then iv called in at least once a week in an effort to finalize the matter my efforts have gone to waste because the matter is still unresolved leaving me uncomfortable and uncertain
