Telkom insurance refuse to pay for my phone after 2 months wait

<p>I sent in my phone two months ago. Every time i go there they request me to bring some or paper. Every time i call the insurance guys they always give me some or other story. Last week i was told that my phone was incorrectly booked and had to be resent to the shop to be re-booked. Today im being told that i might not get paid for my phone... i dont understand why i pay 1200 for a phone i dont have, and why am i paying for insurance if you guys refuse to pay for repairs.</p>
