Telkom insurance refund

I added a review about my telkom insurance which took 4 months to cancel. Eventually i got a response as was promised that i will be refunded once i prove that i have been sending emails to have the insurance cancelled for months. This i did. To date i have heard nothing from Telkom. I want to refunded.
