Telkom Insurance poor service delivery

Am on contract with Telkom, I lost my Device device December 2020, blacklisted device did claim, since I have sent through my claim with Telkom I have never been attended. My claim is not processed yet am payment every month. I have never miss any of my payments with Telkom. The service I am given is so pathetic and is really getting on my nerves now. May you please assist me regarding the claim that I have with Telkom. Claim No: 0***2.
