Telkom Insurance pathetic...

I signed a contract with Telkom for many years now but since my phone was stole and I also have an insurance with them they never take me serious, I've been going ups and downs, sending all documents requested however I have not received my phone. not to mentioned that I was told to pay R500 what what access I did that. I am thinking to cancel my contract and router contract to somewhere else.
