Telkom insurance = *** *******!

I am extremely unhappy with Telkom Insurance!!!!!!!!!! Since 2016 you have taken funds from my account till date, now that I want a screen and battery replacement, your coming to me with stories that you cant help. Not acceptable, and I also am not amused that you told me that my insurance is inactive, yet you still took R195 since 2016 to date. Thats over R11k you took from me, but my insurance is not active?????????????????? We will deal with you directly through the ombudsman it seems.
