Telkom insurance it's a ****

I'm utterly disgusted with the service received from both telkom and the store at Mall of Africa.

It has been 2 months since I Iodged a claim for cellphone insurance to no joy. They do not respond to their emails nor provide feedback.

I have followed all the necessary steps to register my claim to no success, Mall of Africa don't care about their customers at all, they are only able to assist when you buy otherwise they don't have after sale service.
