Telkom insurance it's a ****!

Day light ******* Time and money wasted Energy wasted. I have submitted a claim on the 06 of June and am still waiting. No one is bothered to keep me updated. Funny enough the last communication is I must go to telkom shop to request proof of when I black listed my phone, I guess they don't know their own system that you can only black list the phone by calling their call center that hardly answers their phone. Dealing with telkom need patience, money and a Degree from Harvard University. If I knew I wouldn't have insured my phone!.
