Telkom Insurance is TRASH

Telkom insurance is the worst insurance that you can ever choose to insure your phone with. They ARE Useless and ******. Telkom is easy to debit on there behalf but they too don't care about their customers and how beneficial the account hold get back what they paying for. I have been paying the insurance for over a year and NEVER claimed my phone accidentally fell and I'm told that I Need to pay for damages because the warranty has expires which is something that is NOT stipulated on the contract. Please do yourselves favour and don't take Insurance with Telkom they the WORST piece of trash including the service at TELKOM branches!!
