Telkom insurance is the worst ever

Telkom insurance is the worst. I submitted my claim 2 weeks ago and everytime I follow up, am told they are offline or they will give me a call which never happens. I will be cancelling my contract with Telkom as a whole. I will be expected to pay come month end for a phone I don't even have. This is really not on.
