Telkom insurance is the worst. Don't bother with it

I called Finrite Administrators and they told me to take my damaged phone to any Telkom store. I went to the Telkom in Nicolway and they said they wouldn't be able to book my phone for repairs without proof of payment. Proof of payment for a phone I bought over 3 years ago. Now they say I must go to another Telkom to try get this proof of payment.

This insurance is a ****!
