Telkom insurance is the worst

I wouldn't advise anyone to take cellphone insurance with telkom mobile, I made my claim 1st week of July and still I haven't got my phone. At 1st they told me my phone isn't blacklisted i should blacklist it again, I did that after that they wanted to give me a phone that worth half of what I should get and I refused. Now I'm waiting for them to deliver my phone and its been more than 2 weeks now. They are no longer responding to my emails
