Telkom Insurance is full of ****

I have a telkom rapairs claim and Telkom is charging me 15% of the sum insured instead of 15% of the repairs cost. My contract clearly states that I am to pay 15% of the repairs cost and not 15% of the sum insured. If I was getting a new phone, this amount would be understandable. They are only fixing my screen and they cannot even send me a breakdown of the repairs costs. They are saying that the new contract says 15% of the sum insured but there was never any communication made to me. If I knew that they would do this, I could have just thrown my phone inside of the bin. @HelloPeter may you please speak to these people because they are running a Ponzi scheme, they do not follow their own set contract rules and regulations. I have been querying this with adequate proof but they are still adamant on not rectifying it. Please speak to them, they are literally running a daylight ******* organization.
