Telkom insurance is a ****!!!!

Insurance with Telkom is a total ****!

It's been 2 months, going on 3 since my phone was ****** and I lodged a claim with Telkom. I supp**** all the necessary documents that I was asked for yet today my claim still isn't processed. No feedback nothing.I've sent emails and got no response. I tried calling in and still got no help.

Yet without fail they've been deducting money for the same phone+insurance premiums every month.

I'm paying for phone every month yet I don't have a phone as we speak. This is such a big inconvenience
