Telkom Insurance is a ****

I claimed for my two cellphones (6 January 2023) and I still haven't received even one cellphone. When I follow up on them they keep.on telling me they are ordering them It's been.close to a month.now with no phone. How long can it take to process a claim ? Their service is utterly disgusting to say.the least. No.feedback from their side you have to.constantly follow up.on them, and remember I do not have any phone. I ended up buying cheap one so that I can be contacted. I am really disgusted by their service. I'm canceling my contract with them as soon I get my devices back.
