Telkom insurance is a ****. When it's time to claim for damages to your phone they make excuses. I took my iPhone to them 2 weeks back at mall of Africa. still there's no feedback. Call centre agents are clueless as they keep on saying different things just to end the call. I'll never take another cellphone contract with them when I'm done with this one.
