TELKOM INSURANCE IS A ****

I took out insurance with Telkom when I bought me an tablet and asked the gentleman in canal walk if I can change the insurance to my home insurance when I get home. He rep**** yes and gave me the slip with the insurance telephone number on. I have been trying to call them the last 2 weeks but no answer. I went to the shop for assistance in Zeewenwaght Mall today for assistance and they turned me away, saying, if you cant get through then we cant get through as well. They also said, the insurance is separate from Telkom but why is Telkom then billing me and not the insurance self if they are an entity on their own. Disgusting and pathetic service. I want to warn people never to take out insurance from Telkom. The people are *********** and customer service stinks.
