TELKOM INSURANCE IS A ****!

I am using a telkom contract and they offer people an insurance that is literally ******** people.

I have insured my phone with them and when my phone accidentally broke all of a sudden i must deal with the insurance alone which is finrite administrators (where as they the ones debiting from my account every month) .

I contact their insurace every single day ,they dont answer and when do they either hang up on me or tell me they dont take my money...telkom does, after a long time with difficulty the arranged to fetch my phone for repairs.

Its 3 months now since the claim they havent fixed my phone,they tell me stories everytime i call them to find out the progress on my phone.

The sad thing is i pay everymonth( even now i still pay)and i cant even use my phone.

I run a bussines with that phone ,I am loosing clientele and my business as well, no one between Telkom and Finrite administrators is taking accountability.
