Telkom Insurance is a ****

I claimed for my two cellphones on the 6th of January 2023 and I still haven't received any feedback from telkom insurance since then. When I follow up on them they keep.on telling me its with procurement for only one device, when ask about the second device they saying it's not registered whereas I emailed 2times for it and also registered it online. It's been.close to a month.now with no phone. How long can it take to process a claim from procurement? Their service is utterly disgusting to say.the least. No.feedback from their side you have to.constantly follow up.on them. The reason I took the insurance was to not struggle when my device get ******, but now I am struggling.
