Telkom Insurance is a nightmare

I have 3 devices insured with Telkom insurance underwritten by OMART, administered by WWAS. I logged a claim on the 5th of December 2025 and it is now the 6th of January 2026 and I still don't have a response or a replacement device. I have been requested to send statements numerous times and after each time I get a response saying my claim has been sent to assessors, and this has been going on for over 3 weeks. I am very displeased with the service I am getting and nobody seems to be taking any accountability. It is really upsetting to be waiting on a cellphone claim for over a month and still not have an indication on when it will be concluded.
