Telkom Insurance is a ****

After two months of back and forth on my insurance claim they just decided to change the story that only the phone was covered , and not the pad. I took a contract for Phone and Pad and also insured the combo , when the time come for a claim , just because the phone is not lost ,, they claim that they only covered the phone. It took them over two months , they asked all kind of stupid think , sending the a 2nd page of my claim when I initially send the whole document , they have been looking for a reason not to pay the claim. I don't think it's worth to get the Telkom insurance
