Telkom Insurance is a ****!!

I recently took up insurance for my new device and I was told over the phone that I would be paying R197 ...or so for my Huawei Pura 70. Later I received a statement that showed I owed over R500 for insurance, this amount included a pro-rata. To my surprise, this amount was high (even when considering the pro-rata). When I called Telkom to dispute the billing statement, I was told that the insurance I took actually costs R387 per month. I quickly called Telkom device insurance to request for an audio recording where I had agreed to this amount, to this day, no such recording has been made available to me. Instead, I keep on receiving a statement with billing for an insurance premium I did not agree to. Please never take insurance with Telkom, you will be ****med.
