Telkom insurance is a ****.

Today marks the 10th month that my phone is in for a screen repair. For 10 months I have paid my insurance and Called them every week and still no answers. No manager on duty and they surely don't know what they are doing. Sent the phone to the wrong repair center and can't explain why.
