Telkom insurance horrible save yourself

The service received from Telkom insurance is the most horrible horror after being a loyal customer with Telkom I was left with no cellphone for weeks until I had go get a new device because their service is horrible no follow-up nothing no communication 😢 😞 thy keep asking for same picture of the box was was sent many times from the 21st May no joy Even to call and follow up phone rings long or does not go through horrible, their service is a nightmare I need a refund of my installment because clearly I did not have insurance cause you failed me
