Telkom insurance for what? Arrogant agents and *********** staff!

I am just appalled by the level of service received from Finrite Administrators whom I have been calling for most of this week for an update regarding my device that has been at the Telkom store since Monday 30.07.18 and still they come with the "I don't know when we will receive it mam". So what exactly am I paying insurance for?.Their agents are extremely arrogant and want to speak over their customer they are not helpful at all !! I regret having taken insurance with Telkom ad they do not satisfy my needs as a consumer
