Telkom Insurance Finrite Service Complaint

My cellphone is insured with Telkom Finrite. I have been trying to submit a claim for the last month without success. I haven't received a response to any of my mails despite sending it to various Finrite e-mail addresses. I finally got hold a an agent who send me a link to submit a claims form. Again no response....not even an e-mail to confirm receipt of the claim form. Telkom hasn't been helpful at all. The manager at the Woodlands branch didn't even bother to come out of his office when I requested to speak to him. He simply told the consultant to send a mail to Finrite from his Telkom e-mail address. The consultant send the mail without adding any of my details??? Telkom subtract R244 pm from me in order to cover for my Insurance . Please do not consider claiming your device with Telkom's Insurance!!
