Telkom insurance (FINRITE) is a ****

On the 2nd November 2019 I sent documents to Telkom insurance to claim a new phone since I lost my phone, they never got back to my email with the feedback on the documents I sent for the claim. I called them 2 days later to find out if there's any outstanding documents since they never got back to me. when i called they told me they couldn't find any email with my ID number attached to it and I must send the documents again. I sent the documents again and they are still saying they cant find any emails from me. By today I have already sent about 7 emails and they keep on saying they don't see any emails from me. When I send the same documents I sent to Telkom to other recipients my emails are visible so I'm wondering why they aren't visible only at Telkom . Sometimes when i call their call center their i will be on hold for close to 30 minutes only for the call to be hung up...........

Telkom insurance (Finrite) is a **** I'm cancelling that useless insurance because its not working for me
