Telkom insurance - Finrite

I lost my device 3 weeks ago, I've tried contacting Finrite everyday after submitting my claim forms. I have not been informed of the progress of my claim. I've had no chance to speak to the consultants since the phone is never picked up when I call. I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving. Telkom insurance is such a let down. I've claimed a phone with Vodacom before and it only took a week or two to have my device replaced.
