Telkom Insurance Finrite

I lost my phone 2weeks back sent finrite an email several times , they did not bither to call and everytime I try calling them I sit on the line over 25 minutes with no answer , they actually deserving -100 for the services they providing . Especially that I haven’t claimed from them in four years, they still don’t want to atleast respnd to me email . Even Telkom consultants are rude regarding this matter
