Telkom insurance & finrite

I have been sending emails on several occasions, calling telkom, finrite and admin plus no help. I cancelled my telkom insurance with finrite in 2020. I got no response instead I kept on getting invoices from telkom. I also called telkom they advised there’s nothing they can do, I need to call finrite. Their lines are not answered. I later found out that admin plus took over finrite. They have advised they will write off the amount charged by telkom. This is very frustrating as my telkom account is moved from debt collector to another and my account has interest. Telkom insurance is the worst I have ever dealt hit. My credit score is being affected by this ****** company.

I am still following up on telkom insurance, and the worker know no how on how to assist.
