Telkom Insurance (FinRite)

Telkom insurance service is very very poor, I spoke Kaitlyn today just after 16:30 she was rude she blatantly said NO when I requested to speak to her supervisor, because she didn't want to tell me how long does it take to request for redelivery, been waiting for my device for more than 2 weeks after the claim was successful, agents in that department are rude and they forget their call centre charges. Can't deal with them anymore
