Telkom Insurance (Finrite)

I cancelled my telkom mobile insurance in September and was told it will take about 31 days to have it cancelled which should be the end of October. Today I receive my monthly statement for November and there's a clear line of "device insurance" for the month of November which I cannot believe. I've been calling telkom call centre and been directed to Finrite company where they always tell me the same story that my insurance is cancelled but now I'm left with no other option than to reverse all my debit orders because I cannot separate this telkom phone contract with the insurance it's one amount. Maybe telkom will start taking my situation seriously when they stop receiving money from me.
