Telkom insurance

Telkom insurance is the worst to deal with. Having to follow up with a claim with them is so frustrating, I have claimed in February, they are only processing my claim and investigating on the 4th of April. No feedback or communication, all the time I call, I am being told it's handed to a new claim's consultant. They have such a horrible service, yet don't hesitate on their monthly payments.

Another issue with Telkom is their debit date, they do not adhere to the agreed date and end up charging the customer a fine.
