I'm writing to express concern about my recent insurance claim to Telkom. I purchased insurance worth R30,000 for my phone, but the offered replacement is valued at R22,000. I'd like to know what will happen to the remaining R8,000, considering I've paid premiums based on the R30,000 coverage.

I'd appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I believe the insurance company's offer is unfair and contradicts our agreement. Could you please help clarify the discrepancy and work towards a resolution?
