TELKOM INSURANCE CRUELTY

I submitted my claim (Ref.No: 0***5) with all required documents last month and the claim handler Yumna confirmed that they did receive the claim with all required supporting document however as we speak I have not receive my device, when I call them on *** IVR advise me to hold after I have hold for more than 5 minutes the call get cut continuously and they are not responding to my email either and this Telkom incompetence has jeopardize my job because I use the device for work
