Telkom insurance contract

I have been in contact with Telkom countless times since April. I cancelled my device insurance contract and it is not cancelled to date. They still billed me in April and May. I have just received June statement today and is still reflecting on my statement. So how long are you gonna bill me for something that I don’t want? I regret the day I app**** for this contract and I can’t wait to end it and never look back. I am tired of your bad service, to think that I port my number from a reputable service provider to endure this customer abuse wow!
