Telkom insurance claims

I have been trying to get hold of Finrite to make an insurance claim on my phone but i cannot get hold of anyone, it is extremely difficult to get stay on hold for hours when you have to use other peoples phones since mine is not working. I have even tried to email them but not response. I desperately need to claim as soon as possible as I need my phone for business.
